Congrats on quickly needing a second printing of the book.
The Citizen wrote a nice article there. From it I learned that you stand while drawing. Seems like that'd be the way to go.

The lady who wrote the article was amazing, but I have no idea where she so got the impression I stand when i draw...I am way too lazy! Now I know how Paris Hilton feels when she is mis-quoted in the press! D'OH!
