5 Days of Favorites: MYSTERY MONDAY!

I really enjoyed creating this mystery scene for a kid's magazine.
Drawn with a rapidograph on smooth bristol, colored in Photoshop.

Oh noooo! He doesn't know the mystery that is hanging above his head!

Awesome illustration ^_^!! I usually look up when I'm walking outside, you know just in case someone is lingering above me or staring out of windows. I caught many people just staring at others hehe...I did trip quite often though, probably because I didn't look where I was going...

Thanks for the kind comment & the funny story, TJ! I'm a big people watcher too and find myself bumping into many things because of it! Thanks for stopping by & watch where you're going!!!

Hey, Gene! Thanks!

Nice job Chris. I really like the way you made the stars look like they are shimmering. I'm curious, how did you do the light from the flashlight?

Thanks, David! For the flashlight beam I think I just made a white triangle on a separate layer then I lightened opacity of that layer.
